A note to my clients

When something within us is out of balance, the body is the first to know and the hardest to change.

My clients find me for one reason: They know that the body is the final frontier of the healing journey, and they are ready to embark upon it or deepen their mastery.

Before you found me it’s likely that you’ve tried a variety of therapeutic tools and modalities to address chronic pain, habitual disembodiment, somatic dysfunction, or stored trauma. My clients have come to me after trying EMDR, talk therapy, EFT, traditional physical therapy, somatic experiencing, acupuncture, and functional medicine.

If you choose it, the body-led modality I will present to you can be an end to your search.

Our modern world with its desks and chairs, cars, computer screens, and phones take a toll on our bodies. Over time, our bodily patterns build up to the point where it seems daunting if not impossible to address them. My promise to you is that if you practice and integrate the simple, easy-to-follow, modality I have created over my 18+ years as a somatic therapist, you will create lasting ease within your body, and have tools to address your (or your clients’) pain and dissociation.

I have created a three-stage process to encapsulate this journey:

Stage 1: Transform Trauma

Stage 2: Integrate Change

Stage 3: Sustain Embodiment

All of my clients begin at Stage 1 and end at Stage 3, though the exact length of time they need to graduate to the next stage may differ.

I work with committed clients only, and no longer offer one-off sessions. I am so much more than a bodyworker, and I don’t offer massages. You work with me to change your experience of being in the body, or to learn how to facilitate similar transformations for others.

If you’re ready to get started, I offer complimentary 20-minute connection calls to determine the best way to engage with my work.
