Chakra centers are vortex energies that run through specific places in our body and subtle energy field. These basic chakra balancing practices use visualization, mudras, images, colours, and/or phrases to help realign our chakra centers when we feel stuck or out of balance in our lives. I find that a regular chakra balancing practice helps to balance the elemental energy both within our bodies and in our larger templates, which supports our human existence in this world.
