The Four Quadrants of Embodiment

  • In this 9-12 month program, you will learn how to deconstruct the generational trauma that lives in your body and then learn how to bring that medicine to your clients and community.

  • We begin with an Alchemy Intensive that may include hands-on treatment in order to recalibrate you to your new identity.

  • We end with a 5-day Practitioner Retreat where you will meet other practitioners and deepen your relationship to the work.

Agenda Below:

Phase 1: Alchemy

  • Embodiment Project Self-Paced Study

    In this phase, we will be focused on your own healing. Our weekly sessions will focus on guiding you through your own trauma recovery, using a body-based approach known as the Four Quadrants of Embodiment. This phase is all one-on-one with me.


Phase 2: Resilience

  • Private sessions*

  • Group and 1:1 spiritual coaching

  • Guest Speakers
    In this phase, we will introduce you to modalities that will help to integrate the changes that you experience in the Alchemy Phase. Modalities include Neural Desensitization Integration Techniques (NDIT), Neuromuscular Re-education, Therapeutic Exercise, Sensory Integration, and much more. This phase is a combination of one-on-one and group classroom setting.

Phase 3: Teacher Training

  • Weekly virtual classroom curriculum

  • Monthly 1:1 mentorship calls

  • Ongoing support via WhatsApp & 1:1 virtual check-ins
    In this phase, we will begin your training to utilize the Four Quadrants of Embodiment for your own client practice. We will meet weekly, as a group, to learn the Core Curriculum. You will receive customized mentorship to learn how to apply these modalities with your own clients.
