Phase 2: INTEGRATe CHANGE

In phase 2, we use a combination of in-person and virtual work to strengthen postural muscles and build new neuronal connections to reinforce new patterns that develop as the result of phase 1 work.

Our in-person sessions include the following modalities:

Myofascial Release

Uses gentle-sustained pressure at the barrier of a fascial restriction. This method can create global change inside of the body and provide profound relief of a lifetime of pain and dysfunction.

Core Synchronism

Helpful for releasing the core trauma. Pain is the result of a body part (mental/emotional, etheric, physical) being out of synch with the core current and cerebral spinal fluid. Disharmonious motion causes friction that produces inflammation, which then results in pain or discomfort. By re-establishing synchronistic balance with the core current, cerebral spinal fluid and the dyssynchronistic body part harmony is restored to the organism thus breaking the pain-discomfort cycle.

Visceral Manipulation

Uses skilled palpation and release techniques to mobilize the fascia of the organs. This method often addresses the missing link in why someone is experiencing pain, postural misalignment and dysfunction and is employed when the source of pain is unknown. Often the pain is tethered to an organ and is undetectable.

pelvic Floor Therapy

Uses gentle intra-pelvic manual release techniques to address pain in dysfunction due to pelvic floor restrictions.

Our virtual sessions include the following modalities:

Neural Desensitization Integration Training

Uses bottom-up sensory-based strategies to integrate the trauma that comes up from the body in order to titrate traumatic responses and to create new neuronal connections for sustained memory and improved awareness.

Neuromuscular Re-education & Therapeutic Exercise

Therapeutic movement routines that utilize cross-body patterning, repetition, and motor feedback loops to retrain the brain-body connection for improved balance, strength, coordination, proprioception, motor control, kinesthetic awareness, and postural alignment.

Sensory Integration Therapy

A therapy modality developed by an occupational therapist to address sensory processing disorder; this therapeutic approach that considers how our brains process sensory information and provides methods for improving self-regulation and modulation.

Energy Hygiene & Spiritual Coaching

Uses practices to address spiritual and energetic needs, including subtle energy practices, plant therapies, chord cutting, energetic discernment, divination and ritual practices, grounding methods, ancestral veneration, and more.

Somatic Psychedelic Facilitation

Uses psychedelic therapies to release remaining resistance in the body and to enhance sensitivity and neuronal plasticity as your body continues to integrate the changes from our work together.

In our virtual 1:1 work, you will learn how to self-treat and how to create your own customized embodiment practice to support your healing. I will teach you new models that give language to concepts that many of us struggle with in our own self-practice, like how to feel for restrictions inside of your own body and how to let go with ease and grace.
